The Weeknd - “The Knowing” Music Video
Some of the most creative visuals for a song, from an artist on the ‘radar’, I’ve seen in a while. The song serves as the outro for House of Balloons.

Lupe Fiasco - “Lightwork” Feat. Ellie Goulding & Bassnectar

First track off the revived Friend of the People mixtape. Sounds very Lasers-ish but new Lu is new Lu. Just hope he has the gritty stuff on the tape.

Fabolous - “That’s Not Love” Feat. Lil’ Wayne

The Soul Tape literally just dropped. The production/concept of the tape is sped up soul samples a la Kanye West. On this track, Weezy grabs some lyrical inspiration from Eminem on his second verse. Dope tape so far listening.

J. Cole - “In The Morning” [Feat. Drake]
Visuals for Cole’s single off the 2010 mixtape, Friday Night Lights.
“Baby, you’re summertime fine, I let you get on top, I be the underline.
I’m trying to get beside you like the number 9, dime…” -
Wale - “The Break Up Song” Music Video
(500) Days of Carmen? lol. Pretty appropriate video concept for this track, I should say. Off of last year’s mixtape, More About Nothing.

Consequence - “I’m V.I.P.” [Feat. Diggy & Mac Miller]

Cons does some baby-sitting on this track. But really though these young cats can hold their own. Dope sampling and dope flows. Off Cons’ Movies on Demand 2 mixtape. -
B.o.B - “Beast Mode”
Bob goes at it bit hard for the intro of his forthcoming mixtape. The No Genre mixtape drops December 7th. Sometimes I rhyme like I’m inside Einstein’s mind…

Lupe Fiasco - “SLR (Super Lupe Rap)”

Lu goes off and reminds everyone where his place is right now.
“For real, what these niggas talkin’ bout?
2-man Big Pun and 1-man Slaughterhouse.
A 2-album Jay-Z, a 1-nigga Wu-Tang.
Young and hungry Mos Def, a conscious rappin’ Lil Wayne.
I don’t care for similarities,
Cause I’m a pioneer, not a parody…”
